Cancellation Policy
Confirmation and Reminders
Once an appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation via your preferred contact method (email, text, or phone). Reminder notifications will be sent 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a no-show or late cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $25 fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for a telemedicine or in-person appointment, we may need to reschedule your visit. Late arrivals may also be considered a missed appointment and may incur a fee.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be recorded as a no-show. A no-show fee of $25 may apply. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
Payment Policy
Copayments, coinsurance, or self-pay fees are due at the time of booking or service. Outstanding balances must be settled before new appointments can be scheduled.
